Reason for company establishment

Have you ever thought about how blessed and successful Japan is as a country? Many people receive compulsory education, proceed to high school and university, and then find employment at companies. Although things have changed in recent years, the lifetime employment system is still well-established, and after approximately 40 years of service, one can expect to live on a pension. Within this framework, individuals can live their entire lives without being in danger or lacking basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, even without thinking deeply about it.

This extraordinarily excellent system created by society allows individuals to become so-called successful people without reflecting their own will. Looking around the world, there are very few countries as successful as this.

However, we believe something has been lost as well.
There are people who, despite having something they want to achieve, do not know how to walk on their own outside the track set by society. There are also those who are afraid to deviate from that track. Some people are so focused on following the track that they leave their own identity behind. And there are those who, intending to stay on the track, end up giving up on their lives due to a single failure.

We feel these have been neglected.

We are not opposing the current society. We have also benefited from this system and are rather grateful for it. However, one's life should be decided by one's own will. The tracks should be laid by oneself.

We want to be a presence that can show dreams and propose ways of living to those who have lost sight of themselves.
